Grillstock tackles music with the same lip smackin’ gusto that it does ribs, brisket and pork butt. The main stage hosts a line-up that reflects a deep affection for American roots music lanced through with a distinctly British sense of humour and boisterous attitude. The stage is lovingly curated by one of the small team that programmes Glastonbury’s main stages.
